Booking Policies


Whilst we will endeavour to accommodate different group booking needs, we ask also customers to be respectful of our general policies and be kind to our staff.

For requested Private Dining Rooms, there is a minimum spend of $140pp or $1,400 (less than 10 pax).

For general dining, a minimum spend of $50pp for groups of 10 people or more.

For groups of 15 pax or more, we require a booking form to secure seats at $50 per person. This deposit is non-refundable for short notice changes (within 3 days for normal bookings, 5 days for Saturday evening bookings). XOPP will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee of $50 per person if the actual number of guests is less than the number secured. The remaining deposit amount will be adjusted from the final bill.

A dining time of 2 hours is allocated for all bookings.

XOPP reserves the right to re-assign function space not utilised or as required.

All group cancellations or changes must be informed by email to bookings@xopp.com.au.

We are fully licenced and have a no BYO policy.

Please note we do not accept split bills in the venue. 1% surcharge applied on all credit card payments.
